Ingredients
 
 

Crispy Chicken Wings

  • 80 grams Plain Flour sieved
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 12 Chicken Wings
  • 20 ml Sunflower Oil

Buffalo Sauce

  • 55 grams Butter Unsalted
  • 100 ml Hot Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar

Blue Cheese Dip

  • 130 grams Blue Cheese softened
  • 150 grams Sour Cream
  • 70 grams Mayonnaise
  • 2 small Garlic Cloves minced
  • 20 ml Whole Milk
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
 

Crispy Chicken Wings

  • Mix together the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, salt and chicken wings in a bowl. Make sure they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl and leave in the fridge for two hours.

Buffalo Hot Sauce

  • Combine the butter, hot sauce, pepper, garlic and brown sugar in a small saucepan over a low heat. Stir together and heat until the butter is melted. Remove from the heat until it's needed.

Blue Cheese Dip

  • Mash the blue cheese with sour cream until smooth.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix well until combined. If the mixture is too thick for you, add some milk. Store in the fridge and remove a few minutes before serving.

Combine

  • Now its time to combine everything. Pre heat the oven to 140°c.
  • Place the chicken wings on an oiled tray and cook for 20 minutes then turn the oven up to 200°c and cook for 30/40 minutes until crispy, dark and golden brown.
  • Reheat the sauce and toss the chicken wings in it and serve straight away. Serve with the blue cheese dip and crunchy celery sticks.
